Flaxseed flour produced from fine ground ecologically grown brown flaxseed. It is rich in proteins, unsaturated fatty acids and fibre.
It is used to prepare protein shakes, it can be added to yoghurt, cottage cheese, cereals, pancake batter, and to various other dough.
