Product description

Coconut flour is produced from dried coconut meat, which is a by-product of coconut milk production. Coconut flour is healthy alternative to traditional kinds of grain-based flour.

Due to high fibre content, it absorbs liquid, therefore, in recipes 1 cup of regular flour can be substituted with only ΒΌ cup of coconut flour.

Coconut flour is used to prepare cakes, bread, rolls, puddings, pancakes, but it can be added also to yoghurt or shake, as well as to stew and sauces. Flour has a characteristic mild taste and smell of coconut.

Ingredients: 100% coconut flour* (*from organic farming). May contain traces of gluten.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry and dark place at room temperature.
