It is used in confectionery, in baking more specially in spicy fruitcake and gingerbread as well as in the preparation of savoury dishes and sweet and sour sauces. The product is made from cane juice without the use of additives.
Storage conditions: keep in a dry and cool place. Under certain conditions the sugar may harden. To soften it, put sugar in a pot, cover with a damp cloth and leave overnight.
