It is useful for the children in the period of intensive growth and to athletes who want to gain their muscle mass fast.
Ingredients: Dry brewer's yeast 100%
Instructions for use: Stir 1-2 coffee spoon of yeast with yoghurt, milk, or soup. Drink 3 times per day.
Vitamin cocktail for two persons: Mix 2.5 dcl of yoghurt with a teaspoon of yeast. Season with chive, onions, cumin, and sea salt. Leave for 15
Vitamin cocktail for five persons: Mix 125 ml of buttermilk with 250 g farm cheese and 1-2 tablespoon of dry brewer's yeast. If desired, add
chive and a spoon of estragon mustard. Leave for 15 minutes.
Cocktail for sportsmen: Mix 1-2 teaspoon of yeast with 2 tablespoon of thick apple juice, and pour 2-3 dcl of water over it. Drink before and after a sports training.
Warning: Not suitable for persons allergic to yeast. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
